Technical support & bespoke development

The aim of open-sourcing the Xcruciate codebase is to encourage others to use it, to experiment with it and maybe to suggest improvements to it. You will find a lot of information on this website that should help you do to just that. We also provide support via the install and support mailing lists, and we take bug reports via our bugzilla site seriously.

However, we are all busy people, and there is a limit to how much personalised support we can provide this way. In particular, you should not expect us to walk you through the detail of developing your own Xcruciate applications on the mailing lists. All we can do is provide some useful pointers.

The main contributors to Xcruciate can offer commercial consulting and software development services in their respective areas of expertise. Feel free to contact them via their respective company websites to ask for a quote. Note that we charge a lower hourly rate for developing code that can be open-sourced as part of the Xcruciate project.

Jalfrezi Software, the main project sponsor, can also offer Xcruciate-aware hosting, which makes setting up your first Xcruciate application a lot easier.
